Ormond Williams, is a banker by profession with extensive retail and commercial banking experience. His 37 years multi-jurisdictional banking experience covered St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, Belize and the United Kingdom with a global bank and the Cayman Islands with a mid-sized local bank with an international reach. In both organizations, he has served at senior management levels, including President/CEO and Executive Director. He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK. His banking, management and business qualifications are from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK (now London Institute of Banking and Finance where he is a Fellow), the University of Manchester, UK and the University of the West Indies, Barbados respectively. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK and holds the Accredited Director designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.

Ormond’s passion and expertise lie in people development with a focus on building leadership capacity leveraging his multi-jurisdictional experiences in engaging people.  He believes in helping people identify their innate value, challenging them to exceed their current performance and to achieve their optimal potential.  His approach is about early recognition of one’s purpose to ensure that resources are properly directed and utilized.  His expertise also extends to employee engagement, effective teams and cultural alignment.
